Our primary goal at Foundos Realty is to locate and purchase commercial real estate based on sound fundamentals, in other words there must be an upside and the numbers have to meet our criteria.
Our main focus is on shopping centers, warehouses, apartment projects with 100 units or more and office buildings. The size would be 10,000 sq. ft. to 100,000 sq. ft. This puts us in a niche where we have a competitive advantage over larger, institutional investors. Commercial real estate opportunities will arise and we will be poised to take full advantage. We have the experience to recognize hidden defects, while having the capabilities to draw out hidden value. The time is now to be ready.

Opportunities will come from various non-traditional areas like cultivated relationships formed with local, state, and federal agencies, hedge funds, banks, and other institutions carrying CRE assets.
The team at Foundos Realty will act as the conduit for its investor partners, bridging
